Dr. Niedermeyer studied molecular and cell biology at the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg. He graduated with a Diploma from the Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology in Freiburg. Thereafter, he received his Doctorate degree in molecular biology focusing on oncology at Boehringer Ingelheim in Biberach and the University of Freiburg. Three years of post doctoral work at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology in Vienna, Austria, and the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg followed. He started his career in the field of Intellectual Property in 2001. Since then, Dr. Niedermeyer has worked in law firms and in patent departments of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. He joined our team (formerly Herzog Fiesser & Partner) in Munich in 2011.<\/p>


<\/p>\n

Dr. Niedermeyer works in all fields of patent law, including prosecution, defence, licensing and enforcement of inventions in all fields of biology, including biotechnology, pharma, diagnostics and life sciences. He is also specialized in patent portfolio establishment and evaluations, Due Diligences and freedom to operate analyses.<\/p>
