VALIDITY AND INFRINGEMENT
Altmann Stößel Dick support you regarding the enforcement of your intellectual property rights in infringement proceedings. On the other hand, our patent attorneys also have great expertise in invalidation actions against intellectual property rights – in particular in opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office, before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court as well as in German patent nullity proceedings. In patent infringement proceedings, we regularly cooperate with renowned and specialized litigators. Many of the firm’s patent attorneys have additional training to represent cases before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
