Dr. Strasser studied chemistry at the University of Münster and graduated with a Diploma in the field of inorganic chemistry.

As a fellow of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft he completed his doctoral thesis in 2010 in organometallic chemistry.
Dr. Strasser started to work in the field of intellectual property for a law and patent firm in Tokyo before joining our Munich team (formerly Herzog Fiesser & Partner) in 2014.

His areas of expertise include patent prosecution, appeal and opposition proceedings as well as drafting of patent applications in chemistry with a focus on inorganic chemistry and industrial catalysis.
