Dominic Boll studied physics with a focus on experimental solid-state physics at the University of Heidelberg and at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). He graduated with a master´s degree from the Institute of Solid State Physics at KIT with an investigation of lattice dynamics of transition metal silicides.
He then worked as a research associate at the Institute of Nanotechnology at KIT on thin-film composites. He started to work in the field of intellectual property in our firm in 2019.
His areas of expertise include the prosecution, defence and enforcement of inventions in physics, engineering and materials sciences, in particular in the fields of medical technology, sensor technology and analytics.
